Mustang Racing Technology, Inc (MRT) is a leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of aftermarket automotive components.  We specialize in Exhaust systems, H-Pipes, Rear Window Louvers, and various add-on appearance enhancement components.  MRT customers include wholesale dealers, after market retail customers and body shop installation service customers.  Our products are made with the finest quality, easy to install and designed with the grass roots mechanic in mind.

 

MRT also has an in-house paint booth to provide light industrial refinishing and body shop paint services.  We use a high, quality state of the art Sherwin Williams paint mixing system to match any color and can paint large enclosures or process small bracket batches via our assembly line.  MRT industrial paint services can restore enclosures to a prior brilliance and shine or can add the final paint touches to a new industrial cabinet.

Pay:                              Base + Benefits + Unlimited Commission

Employee Type:             Full Time

Industry:                      Automotive- Motor vehicle- Parts

Experience:                  At least three years aftermarket automotive experience

 

Duties include:

·         Selling goods and attending to customers on the selling floor

·         Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of MRT’s products and/or services

·         Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the retail  sales volume

·         Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, apply project management skills to organize tasks and ensure timely follow-up/response

MRT Wholesale Sales Manager

Experience:                  At least five years aftermarket automotive experience

 

Duties include:

·         Develop new prospects and interact with existing wholesale customers to increase the MRT dealer sales distribution network

·         Design and recommend wholesale dealer programs and marketing strategies to achieve short and long-term sales goals

·         Assess wholesale dealer capability and monitor status to meet sales and profitability objectives

·         Recommend product or service enhancements to improve dealer network potential and satisfaction

Warehouse/Production Inventory Manager

 

Location:                      Plymouth, MI
Pay:                              Base + Benefits

Employee Type:             Full Time

Industry:                      Automotive- Motor vehicle- Parts

Experience:                  At least 5-7 years warehouse inventory management

 

Duties include:

·         Manage all warehouse activities: receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise or materials

·         Implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory and on-time arrival of customer goods

·         Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems and ensure sufficient stock on hand consistent with MRT practices and policies

·         Maintain warehouse facility and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • High School diploma or its equivalent with at least 5-7 years of experience in the warehouse management or in a related area

Automotive Painter

 

Location:                      Plymouth, MI
Pay:                              Flat Rate + Benefits

Employee Type:             Full Time

Industry:                      Automotive- Industrial Refinishing

Experience:                  At least 5 years paint experience

 

Duties include:

·         Prepares surface, mixes paint and operates a spray painter to apply automotive paint finishes to metal products

·         Self-starter with sound judgment to plan and accomplish projects on-time, with high quality and minimal supervision

·         Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks

Automotive Technician

Industry:                      Automotive- Service and Repair

Experience:                  2 years auto mechanic and Ford Mustang familiarity

 

Duties include:

·         Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repair on automobiles

·         Installs new aftermarket body kits, engine components, exhaust systems and other accessories

·         Maintain MRT show car fleet quality, cleanliness and safe working condition

·         Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

 

Requirements:

  • Willing to Travel to various Car Show events – locally and out of state
  • Self-starter with sound judgment to plan and accomplish projects on-time, with high quality and with minimal supervision
  • High School diploma with ASE certification desired
  • High-energy individual with contagious enthusiasm!
