Important 

Read this notice prior to installation/purchase of MRT product

-Always check package to be sure installation instructions and all hardware is included (where required)

-All MRT products should fit without force

-All surfaces where an adhesive is required should always be prepped before attempted installation

-ALWAYS read installation instructions COMPLETELY before installing products

MRT is not responsible for any costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, or installation.  Contact MRT with any concerns before installing the product.

We use extra care when inspecting products before shipping.  If you are not satisfied, contact our customer service staff immediately.

If the package is lost, opened, or damaged while in transit, contact MRT within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.  Please keep all original packaging.  Do not contact the shipping carrier directly; MRT will file any necessary damage claims.

All sales through MRT are considered final and customer service must authorize any product return.  Any request for returning a product must have a return authorization (RA) number issued within 7 days of receiving the product.  MRT will only accept products returned in good condition, no products will be accepted after installation has occurred.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This fee will be waived if the customer wishes to exchange the product for another of equal or greater value.  All returned items must be freight prepaid.  Items must be returned within 15 days from receipt of the RA, otherwise the RA will be voided, the product will no longer be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns or COD returns.  To obtain authorization, contact MRT customer service directly at (734) 455-5807.  Authorized returns will be sent to the following address:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and 20% Restocking Fee incurred if delivery is attempted without success and/or product is refused at the time of delivery.
