HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR DELIVERY ON OR BEFORE 12/24/09.

Ground Shipping*: Order by Thursday, December 17, 4pm EST
Guaranteed 3-day*: Order by Monday, December 21, 4pm EST

* Canadian/Alaska/Hawaii customers: We are not able to guarantee shipping times to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, so the above deadlines do not apply. Also, any order placed after Sunday, December 13, 2009 may not make it to a Canada, Alaska or Hawaii destination before December 25, 2009.

RETURN POLICY FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING

Orders placed between November 30, 2009 and December 23, 2009 will be accepted for return until January 29, 2010.

Return Authorization numbers will be given until 4pm, Friday, January 29.
