Short Shifters |
MRT worked in conjunction with Steeda and Tremec
transmissions to produce the ultimate tool for the job. MRT has balanced performance short throw shifting with
ergonomics and styling. The MRT Power Shifter gives you confident firm
placement of each gear right where you expect it to be. This bolt on
system will enable you to grab gears quickly and precisely.
If you have a 2001 GT, then look on your driver side door jam, there
will be a build code sticker. If you have a K under the TR code, then
you have the TR-3650 transmission. You will need the MRT-502 shifter.
Notes: 2001 Mustangs could have a T45 or the
new TR-3650 if it was built in or after Feb of 2001.

Adjustable Clutch Cable |
|
Features a stainless steel inner cable and low friction Teflon lining,
along with a high-durometer bushing at the firewall for improved clutch
response and cable life. This bushing is much more durable and will not
prematurely split and fail like lesser bushings. Clutch adjustment can
be adjusted by turning a nut at the end of the cable. |

"Click-Lock" Firewall

Quick Click Extreme Firewall Adjuster utilizes an all new self locking
mechanism. This new design makes for easy adjustment without the need
for a double lock ring or having to carry an allen key. Every quarter
turn the adjuster locks into place and will not vibrate loose, but still
very easy to turn by hand.
A must part for those that like to make quick adjustments for the track
or street. |

Triple Pick-Up Quadrant |
|
The factory plastic self-adjusting quadrant is fine for stock clutches,
but when you add a heavy duty clutch or some fast power-shifts, it
starts to bend. This unwanted flex causes inconsistent clutch engagement
and missed shifts at best, plus worn synchronizers and a broken quadrant
at worst. Replace that weak plastic clutch quadrant with our super
strong billet aluminum "Triple Hook" quadrant. The strong flex free
billet quadrant design stands up to the hardest shifts. |
