Limited Warranty. K&N intake systems replace your vehicle's
restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N
intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction
as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your
vehicle's engine to inhale a larger volume of air than the OEM
air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and
acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The filters on
these kits are washable and reusable.

Nozzle Wet Kit |

Nitrous Pro-Flow single nozzle wet systems are designed to maximize
performance of fuel-injected applications. These 25-100hp systems
incorporate out New V-Force 2 nozzle and Programmable TPS Activation
System. The V-Force 2 nozzle was designed specifically for these
upstream injected applications to provide the best possible cylinder to
cylinder distribution characteristics for maximum power and
reliability. The Programmable TPS Activation System utilizes the
vehicle's Throttle Position Sensor to properly activate the nitrous
system at Wide Open Throttle only. Each application specific
system also includes specifically sized lines, a custom solenoid
mounting bracket, and customized installation instructions. |

Fuel Rails

Fuel Rail: High quality and precision machined from Billet
aluminum, these 2005+ Mustang fuel rails were engineered for the 4.6L
engine. All stainless steel hardware is used for crossover and
fittings. These fuel rails are an absolute must if you want to add
Nitrous, Supercharger or Turbocharger. (Note: Stock crossover tube
does not work with this system. Crossover sold
separately.)

Roush Charger
|
The ROUSHchargerTM is the only supercharger unit on
the market protected by Ford's 3 year / 36,000 mile factory
drivetrain warranty, or one year on ROUSH components for
vehicles already past their warranty date.
This system has been extensively dyno tested and provides gains
of 145 HP and 98 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel. The unit fits
both manual and automatic vehicles and comes complete with all
necessary hardware, brackets, fasteners, and instructions, with
an estimated installation time of eight hours. The ROUSHchargerTM
fits all 2005 - 2008 Mustang GT's with the 4.6L, 3-valve V8
powertrain system.
Main components include a ROUSH M90 Roots-style supercharger,
intake manifold, air-to-water intercooler system, and high-flow
fuel injectors and induction system. In addition to this
hardware, the key to maximizing performance is the upgraded
ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSHchargerTM owners must
ship their PCM unit to ROUSH Performance for the necessary
calibration (overnight shipping is included for free.)

The 2005-2007 Mustang V6 comes from
the factory with an impressive 210 horsepower and 254 lb./ft. of torque.
This Vortech supercharging system can safely increase this to 290
horsepower and 294 lb./ft. of torque.*
High Output
Supercharging Systems:
The increased boost level, high output supercharger system, features a
fully integrated air to water aftercooler approach to charge cooling.
This system will increase horsepower from 210 to 330 and will increase
torque from 240 lb./ft. to 337 lb./ft.

The 2005-2007 Mustang GT

lb./ft. of torque. This Vortech supercharging system can safely
increase this to 420 horsepower and 385 lb./ft. of torque.

The increased boost level, high output supercharger system,
features a fully integrated air to water aftercooler approach to
charge cooling. This system will increase horsepower from 300 to
462 and will increase torque from 320 lb./ft. to 419 lb./ft.

Paxton NOVI "SL"

A technically advanced centrifugal unit that does not require a
connection between the engine oil pan and the compressor gear case... No
oil lines! This new design features a uniquely configured transmission
housing that allows for effective gear lubrication and bearing
temperature control. It’s easy to see why Paxton has been the
“Heart of Forced Induction” for more than four decades.
- This technically advanced unit takes the internal oil
reservoir concept, pioneered by Paxton in the 50s, and
blends this feature with today’s technology providing an
alternative to engine oil lubricated-type superchargers
- The NOVI SL will not need to be removed from the engine
for oil change service. The service interval, after initial
change at 2500 miles, is at least every 7500 miles using
Paxton’s proprietary synthetic lubricant
- Helical gear design with 3.6:1 step-up ratio
- Includes remote fluid drain hose (attached to
supercharger) that allows for simple fluid changes without
removing the supercharger from the vehicle
- Ventilated gear case assembly. Eliminates any potential
internal pressure issues that are currently associated with
non-vented competitive designs
- Integrated gear case baffling for proper oil control
- Simple oil slinger design does not require separate
shaft or bearing set. Provides proper fluid delivery to
gears and bearings
- Supercharger requires 4 oz of special synthetic fluid.
With complete supercharger kits, three 4 oz. bottles are
included for future fluid changes
